Home Inspector Pro is a highly sophisticated computer driven software program for all home inspections. We have a mobile version that allows us to start the report from our tablet and smart phone during the inspection. The use of this program allows the home inspector to detail and organize the findings and photos of your home inspection, and deliver the report sooner. Your home inspection report will include pertinent photos of all problem areas and many more to simply document the property and condition for your records.

The home inspection photographs also include graphics to help explain the condition or issue. Most photographs will include a comment that will help you understand things better. Because of the photographs and our concisely written statements, the report is a very easy read and quickly conveys to the home buyer the physical conditions of the home.

Our home inspection reports are often delivered within a few hours of the inspection. We recognize that you are making big decisions, and time is critical. The typical report turnaround is usually 24-48 hours from the time of the inspection. Weekends and holidays may add minimal time. 

The home inspection report is uploaded to our cloud server as PDF, we do NOT print reports out,  this is partly due to our efforts at reducing our reliance on paper products and keeping our company green! We have found that our clients enjoy the ease of forwarding the report to family, friends, contractors and other interested parties at the click of their mouse. The report is stored in the cloud and can be downloaded and referenced anytime.
