The Inspection.

• light bulbs, number and type;
• insulation R-value at the foundation, ceiling and walls;
• air tightness and air leakage rates;
• skylights and window types and sizes;
• appliances and equipment, size, age, capacities and efficiencies; and
• heating, cooing and water heating data.
